Beer Batter    Veg HT CD ACC 5mins
 

Makes approx 300ml/10fl.oz.   Veg Hot  Cold  Accompaniment  Dairy Free  Eggless

 

Ingredients

100g/4oz Self Raising Flour
A pinch of Salt
150ml/5fl.oz Lager
 
Instructions

1. Sieve the flour and salt into a bowl, make a well in the centre, then pour in the beer and whisk until well blended and smooth.


This makes a light crisp batter suitable for fish or vegetables.
