Chilli Soy Sauce

Serves 4-8 Cold Vegetarian Vegan Condiment

Ingredients
2 tbsp Soy Sauce
1 teasp Sugar
1 tbsp Honey
1 teasp Rice Wine Vinegar
1 teasp Red Chilli Powder
1 tbsp finely chopped Spring Onion
1 tbsp Sesame Oil
1 tbsp toasted Sesame Seeds
Instructions
1. Place all the ingredients in a small mixing bowl and mix well. Serve as a
condiment. Especially good sprinkled over battered vegetables.
