Cucumber Mint Yogurt Recipe

480ml/16fl.oz. Plain Yogurt
2 Garlic Cloves, crushed
2 tbsp water
Salt to taste
1 tbsp freshly chopped Mint
1 Cucumber, sliced
1. Place the yogurt in a mixing bowl together with the garlic, salt, and water
and mix very well.
2. Add the mint and the cucumber and mix gently. Chill until ready to serve.
Serve as an accompaniment to grilled
meats such as kebabs and koftas or with very hot/spicy foods as a cooler.
