Fiji Oceania Ingredients 150g/+5oz freshly grated Coconut 2 tbsp freshly chopped Coriander (cilantro) 2 tbsp Lemon Juice 1 tbsp finely grated Root Ginger 1 Green Chili, deseeded and finely chopped salt to taste Instructions 1. Place all the ingredients in a mixing bowl, mix well then cover with clingfilm and refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving. Serve as an accompaniment to curry.
