A classic Tapenade Recipe
Condiment Gluten Wheat Dairy free
Olives, coarsely chopped
50g/2oz Capers, drained and rinsed
2 Garlic Cloves, roughly chopped
1 teasp fresh Lemon Juice
120ml/4fl.oz. Olive Oil
50g/2oz Anchovy Fillets with their oil
1. Place all the ingredients in a food processor and
process to a smooth paste.
Use the tapenade as a topping for toast and serve as an appetiser or as an ingredient in recipes or
as a condiment.
