Warm Yarg Stuffed Rolls Recipe Veg HT ACC English 30mins
Serves 4 Hot Vegetarian Accompaniment Soups Soup Eggless England British Europe
Ingredients 4
bread rolls 25g/1oz
Butter, softened 75g/3oz Cornish Yarg Cheese, grated The Juice of ½ Lemon
Instructions
1. Preheat the oven to 200C, 400F, Gas Mark 6 and cut four vertical slits down each roll without cutting all the way through.
2.
In a mixing bowl, blend together the remaining ingredients until combined.
3.
Spread
the mixture evenly between the slits and over the top of the rolls.
4.
Wrap
each roll in foil, place on a baking tray and bake for 10 minutes.
5.
Unwrap the rolls and return to the oven for 5 minutes or until the tops have
crisped up.
Very good served with soups. |
