75g/3oz Stilton Cheese, crumbled
100g/4oz Cream Cheese, room temperature
3 tbsp Softened Butter
85g/3½ oz Watercress (approx), chopped
2 Spring Onions, chopped
25g/1oz Toasted Walnuts, finely chopped
Salt and Pepper
1. Place the stilton, cream cheese and butter in a medium sized
mixing bowl and mix with a wooden spoon until well blended.
2. Add the watercress, onions, walnuts, salt and pepper and mix
Serve on crackers or thinly sliced French bread.
