Hot Cold Vegetarian Accompaniment for Soups
Ingredients: White Bread Butter and Oil for frying
Instructions
1. Remove the crusts from the bread and cut into 5mm/¼ inch cubes.
2. Heat the oil and butter together until very hot hen fry the cubes of bread until golden on all sides.
3. To serve - float the croutons on top of hot soups.
