Fried Parsley Veg HT ACC 10mins Hot Vegan Vegetarian Herbs Accompaniment Dairy free Gluten free Wheat free Ingredients: Fresh Parsley Sprigs Oil for frying Instructions 1. Wash the parsley sprigs in cold water and dry thoroughly with a soft cloth. Heat the oil in a frying pan to 170C, 325F.
2. Drop in the sprigs, a few at a time, and let them cook for about 3 minutes, turning once. They will frizzle and turn a bright green. Lift out, drain on paper towels, and serve as soon as possible while they are still very crisp and brittle. Serve as a garnish to savoury dishes.
