Garlic Bread Recipe
classic Garlic Bread Recipe.

Preheat the oven to 200C, 400F, Gas mark 6. In a bowl, mix together the
butter, garlic and parsley until well incorporated.
2. Slice the
loaf in half lengthways and spread the cut sides thickly with three
quarters of the garlic butter. Sandwich together and
cut into 4 equal portions.
3. Place on a
piece of foil large enough to wrap the portions then spread the remaining
garlic butter on the outsides of the loaf (or melt the
garlic butter and brush on with a pastry brush). Wrap tightly in the foil
and bake in the centre of the oven for 10 minutes.
4. Remove the foil and
continue to bake the garlic bread for a further 5 minutes until crisped. Serve hot.
