Grated Parmesan Cheese
Preheat the oven to 220C, 425F, Gas mark 7.
Sprinkle the parmesan into metal rings on a baking tray, to a depth of about 1/8
inch. Make sure to space them well apart as they may spread in the cooking.
Press down firmly to form biscuit shapes
then remove the rings.
Bake in the oven for 4-5 minutes or until light brown in colour.
