Watercress and Marmite Croutons Recipe

buttered White Bread
Preheat the grill to hot. Spread a thin coating of Marmite over
one slice of buttered bread, cover with watercress and top with
another slice of plain buttered bread. Press together firmly.
2. Remove the crusts then cut into 5cm/2inch squares. Toast on both
sides until brown.
