Ingredients
1 Large Mango
2 Large Bananas
½ a Fresh
Pineapple
1 Ripe Papaya
The Juice of ½ a Lime
4 tbsp Rum
2 tbsp Brown Sugar
Instructions
1.
Prepare all the fruit and cut into chunks about 2.5cm/1-inch
pieces.
2. Place the fruit in a large mixing bowl together with the lime juice, rum and
sugar, mix well then thread onto skewers.
3. Cook over hot barbecue coals for 3-4 minutes on each side, basting with any
remaining juices in the bowl.
