BBQ'd Bourbon Steak HT BBQ MC 25mins plus marinating
Serves 4 Hot Barbecue Beef Main Course Dairy Free Eggless
Ingredients 4 x 200g/7oz Beef Steaks (rump, fillet, sirloin etc) 240ml/8fl.oz. Bourbon Whiskey 200g/7oz Dark Brown Sugar
Instructions
1. With the tip of a sharp knife, lightly score the steaks on one side diagonally and place in a shallow dish, scored side up.
2. Pour the bourbon over the steaks then rub the brown sugar into the steaks. Cover and refrigerate for 1 to 3 hours.
3. Place the steaks sugar side down on the grill and cook for 4 - 5 minutes until sugar has caramelised.
4. Turn and continue to cook for a further 5 minutes or until cooked to your taste. Serve hot.
