4 tbsp Brown Sugar
4 Maraschino Cherries
Cut each grapefruit in half, loosen the segments with a small sharp knife and
remove as many pips as possible.
Place each half on a double thickness piece of aluminium foil then sprinkle each
with a tablespoon of sugar.
3. Place a cherry in the centre of each half, gather up the
foil to form a loose parcel then cook over medium barbecue coals for
about 15 minutes. Serve hot.
