Barbecued Orange Slices

 

Veg HT BBQ DP 10mins

 

 

Serves 4

Ingredients

4 Large Oranges

Melted Butter

4 teasp Sugar

 

Instructions

 

1.  Do not peel the oranges. Cut into 2.5cm/1-inch thick slices.

 

2. Dip in melted butter then place on the grill and cook over hot barbecue coals for 2-3 minutes.

 

3. Turn the slices over, sprinkle the slices evenly with sugar and continue to cook for a further 2-3 minutes.

 

4. Turn once more so the sugared sides are down and cook for 1 minute. Serve immediately.
