Barbecued Stuffed Apples

Dried Fruit Nuts

1 teasp Ground Cinnamon
25g/1oz Chopped Nuts e.g. Pecans, Walnuts, Hazelnuts
25g/1oz Chopped Raisins
4 teasp Butter or Margarine
Core the apples and place each on a large piece of double thickness aluminium
2. Place the sugar, cinnamon, nuts and raisins in a small mixing bowl, mix well
then use to stuff the centres of the apples.
3. Top each apple with a teaspoon of butter, then wrap securely with the foil to
form a parcel and cook directly on medium barbecue coals for 25 - 30 minutes
Serve with cream or ice cream.
