Beef Main Course Dairy Free Eggless
1kg/2.2lb Steak, e.g. Sirloin, Rump, fillet
3 Spring Onions, finely chopped
4 Garlic Cloves, crushed
5 tbsp Soy Sauce
2 tbsp Sesame Oil
1 tbsp Sesame Seeds
2 tbsp Sherry
Slice the beef diagonally against the grain into very thin slices. Score each
a shallow cross using a very sharp knife. Set aside.
In a mixing bowl, mix together the remaining ingredients until well blended.
Add the meat to the mixture and mix well. Cover and leave to marinate for at
least 2 hours.
Cook over hot coals for 5-8 minutes on each side. Serve hot.
