Chilli Pork
Burgers HT MC BBQ 45mins
Serves 4 (8 small burgers)
Hot Pork Vegetables Herbs spices
Main Course Barbecue Gluten wheat Dairy Free
Ingredients
1 tbsp Olive Oil
˝ Large Onion, finely chopped or grated
2 Garlic Cloves, crushed
2 Small Chillies, deseeded and
finely chopped
1 teasp Ground Cumin
450g/1lb Minced Pork (not too lean)
1 tbsp Freshly Chopped Coriander
1 Egg
Salt and Black Pepper
Instructions
1. Heat the oil in a large saucepan then add the onion, garlic and
chillies and sauté for 2-3 minutes stirring.
2. Remove the pan from the heat and
allow to cool completely.
3. Place the cooled vegetables together with the remaining ingredients in a
large mixing bowl and mix well, using your hands and squidging the mixture
together.
4. Form into 8 burgers, brush with a little oil then place oiled side down onto
the grill and cook over medium hot coals for approximately 15 minutes, turning 2
or 3 times during the cooking period and brushing with a little extra oil before
you turn, until cooked through.
