Curried Beef Burgers


HT MC BBQ 30 mins

Serves 4 (8 small burgers)

1 small Onion, finely chopped or grated
2 Garlic Cloves, crushed
450g/1lb Minced Beef
2 tbsp Curry Paste (check ingredients)
1 tbsp Freshly chopped Coriander
Salt and Black Pepper

A little Oil


1. Place all the ingredients apart from the oil, in a large mixing bowl and mix until well blended, squidging the mixture together with your hands.

2. Shape the mixture into 8 small burgers, brush with a little oil then place oiled side down on the grill and cook over medium hot coals for 3 - 6 minutes per side depending on how well done you like your meat.



Serving Suggestions


Serve on their own or in a bun with garnishes such as shredded lettuce, tomato slices, pickled gherkin slices.


Tips, Options and Substitutions


Using a hamburger press as shown on the left, cuts down on the amount of time it takes to make each burger and ensures all your burgers are the same size and so cook at the same time
