Grenadine & Wine Marinade  CD  BBQ  ACC    5mins

 

Cold    Barbecue   Accompaniment

 

Ingredients

   120ml/4fl.oz. Grenadine

   4 tbsp Red Wine

   2 tbsp Sugar

   2 Onions, grated

   5 Garlic Cloves, chopped

   6 Bay Leaves, crumbled

   Salt and Black Pepper

 

Instructions

 

1. Place all the ingredients in a bowl and mix until thoroughly blended.

   

Use to marinate duck or Lamb.
