12 Large Ripe Figs
4 tbsp Honey
2 tbsp White Wine
Place the honey and wine in a small saucepan and heat, stirring from time to
time, until well blended. This can be done on the barbecue.
2. Cut the figs in half lengthways then brush with the honey
3. Place on the grill and cook over low/medium coals for
about 5 minutes, basting with any remaining honey mixture during cooking.
