Proscuitto Wrapped Scallops HT BBQ HD 25mins
Serves 4 Hot Seafood Shellfish Pork Herbs Hors d'oeuvre Starter Appetizer Barbecue Gluten Wheat Dairy free Eggless
Ingredients 1 tbsp Lemon Juice 1 tbsp Olive Oil ½ tbsp freshly chopped Parsley 12 Scallops, shelled, cleaned and dried 12 thin slices Proscuitto Ham
Instructions
1. Place the lemon juice, olive oil parsley and black pepper in a bowl and mix well.
2. Add the scallops and turn to coat thoroughly.
3. Wrap each scallop with a thin slice of Proscuitto and secure with a toothpick.
4. Place on a preheated grill and cook for 5 minutes, basting with the olive oil mixture.
5. Turn, baste with more of the olive oil mixture and continue to cook for a further 8-10 minutes. Serve immediately.
