Student Sticky Chicken Wings HT MC 30mins plus marinating
Serves 1 Hot Poultry Herbs Spices Main Course Dairy Free Eggless
Ingredients 4 - 6 Chicken Wings For the marinade Juice of 1 large Lemon 1 Small Onion, grated 2 Garlic Cloves, crushed 2 tablespoon Tomato Ketchup 1 tablespoon Worcestershire or Soy Sauce 2 tablespoons Honey ¼ teasp Cayenne Pepper 1 teaspoon Dried Mixed Herbs 1 tbsp Vegetable Oil
Instructions
1.
Cut each chicken wing in half at the joint.
2.
In a mixing bowl, mix together the marinade ingredients until well blended.
3. Add the chicken wings to the marinade, mix well, cover and leave to marinate for 1- 2 hours.
4. Preheat the grill to hot and line the grill pan with aluminium foil. Remove the chicken from the marinade, place in the grill pan and cook for for 20 minutes turning 2 or 3 times and basting frequently with the marinade. Can also be served cold. Allow to cool then wrap in foil and refrigerate as soon as possible. Eat within 2 days. Great for late night munching.
