4 Jumbo Frankfurters
4 Rindless Rashers Streaky Bacon
6 tbsp Tomato Ketchup
2 tbsp Dijon Mustard
1 Medium Onion, grated
1. Wrap each frankfurter with one slice of streaky bacon, spiralling it
down the whole length of the sausage. Secure with cocktail sticks.
2. In a small bowl, mix together the
sauce ingredients until well blended.
3. Cook the frankfurters over hot coals for 7-10 minutes, basting with the
sauce and turning from time to time, until the bacon is browned and crisp.
Serve in buttered hot dog buns
with any remaining sauce drizzled over.
