Bacon Wrapped Prawns

1 teasp Paprika
½ teasp Garlic Salt
½ teasp Chilli Powder
1 teasp Dried Oregano
1 teasp Dried Thyme
Salt and Pepper
16 Large Raw Tiger Prawns
8 slices Streaky Bacon
1. Remove the heads,
legs and shells from the prawns, leaving the last section of the tail.
Remove the dark vein using the tip of a sharp knife.
2. Wrap each prawn with half a slice of bacon, thread onto skewers and place in a shallow dish.
3. In a small bowl, mix together the remaining ingredients
and sprinkle the mixture over the prawns.
Set aside for 15 to 20 minutes.
4. Grill over medium coals for 5-10 minutes, turning 2 or
3 times or until he bacon is crispy and browned. Serve immediately.
