Bananas with Ginger Sauce Veg HT DP

Ingredients 1 tbsp Brown Sugar 2 teasp Lime Juice ½ teasp freshly grated Root Ginger 4 Small Bananas
Instructions
1. With a sharp knife, make a slit in the skin of each banana from end to end. Place the bananas on the grill over medium coals and cook, turning once, for 8-10 minutes. Alternatively, place in a grill pan and cook under a hot grill for 5-9 minutes turning once.
2. Meanwhile, in small bowl, combine sugar, lime juice and ginger. Set aside.
3. To serve - place each banana on a dessert plate, open up the skin to expose the flesh then drizzle each with 1 teaspoon sauce. Serve hot.
