450g/1lb Fresh Asparagus
2 tbsp Olive Oil
Salt and Black Pepper
1 teasp Lime Juice
1. Trim the bottoms of the
asparagus and place in a shallow dish. Pour the olive oil, salt, pepper
and lime juice over the asparagus and toss well to coat thoroughly.
2. Grill over hot coals for 3 to 5 minutes, or until
tender. Serve immediately.
