Barbecued Cabbage

1/2 Head of Cabbage

Salt and Pepper

Garlic Powder






1. Cut the cabbage into 4 wedges and remove the core.


2. Place all the wedges on one piece of foil which is large enough to wrap the cabbage up. Season to taste with garlic powder, salt and pepper.


3. Add several knobs of butter all over the cabbage then wrap loosely and seal.  


4. Grill over medium coals for 30 minutes, turning 2 or 3 times, until tender.
