Barbecued Onions Veg HT

Serves 4 Hot Vegetarian Barbecue Vegetables Accompaniment Gluten Wheat Free
Ingredients 2 Large Onions, quartered lengthways 50g/2oz Butter Salt and Black Pepper Paprika
Instructions
1. Place 2 quarters of onion on a 15cm/6 inch square of heavy duty aluminium foil, inserting a slice of butter between the pieces. Season with salt, cayenne and black pepper to taste. Pull up the sides of the foil and seal the edges to create a parcel. Repeat with the remaining onions. 2. Place the parcels directly on top of hot coals. Cook for 30 to 35 minutes. Serve hot.
