Barbecued Oysters HT BBQ MC 20mins

Ingredients 24 Oysters, shelled Salt 1 tbsp Freshly chopped Parsley 75g/3oz fine dry Breadcrumbs 175g/6oz Melted Butter
Instructions
1. In a bowl, mix together the salt, parsley and breadcrumbs.
2. Drain the oysters well then dry on kitchen paper or a clean napkin or tea towel.
3. Dip each oyster into the breadcrumb mixture, then into the melted butter and into the breadcrumb mixture again to coat well.
4. Place in a hinged wire basket and cook over hot coals for 3-4 minutes,
turning very frequently. They will be done when their juices begin to run. Serve
immediately.
