Barbecued Plantain Veg HT BBQ ACC 20mins
Serves 4 Hot Barbecue Vegetable Vegetarian Accompaniment Gluten Wheat Free Eggless
Ingredients 4 Ripe Plantain Butter Black Pepper
Instructions
1. With a sharp knife, cut a slit in the skin of the plantains from end to end.
2. Place on the grill and cook over hot coals for 15-20 minutes, turning several times, until tender.
3. To serve - quickly remove the skin and dot with plenty of butter and black pepper. Serve immediately.
