Barbecued Salmon with Herbs
HT BBQ MC 15mins plus refrigeration
Serves 4 Hot Barbecue Fish Main Course Gluten Wheat Dairy free Eggless
Ingredients 60ml/2fl.oz. Olive Oil 1 tbsp Dried Parsley 1 tbsp Dried Thyme 1 tbsp Dried Rosemary 1 Garlic Clove, crushed The juice of 1 Lemon 4 Salmon Steaks
Instructions
1. Mix together all the
ingredients (apart from the salmon) in a bowl and blend well.
2. Place the salmon steaks in a shallow dish then pour the marinade over the top of the fish. Turn the fish several times to thoroughly coat. Cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
3. Grill the fish over medium hot coals for 4-5 minutes on each side, basting with any remaining marinade. Serve hot.
