Barbecued Sea Bass with Fennel

Serves 4 Hot Barbecue Fish herbs Vegetables healthy Eating Main Course Gluten Wheat Dairy free Eggless
Ingredients 1 large Sea Bass, cleaned and gutted 1 teasp Fresh Fennel Leaves, chopped A few whole Fennel Leaves 60ml/2 fl.oz. Olive Oil Salt
Instructions
1. Make 3 or 4 diagonal cuts in both sides of the fish, about 12mm/1/2 inch deep. Season the fish with salt ,both inside and out and place the whole fennel leaves in the cavity.
2. In a small bowl, mix together the olive oil and chopped fennel then brush this over both sides of the fish working it into the cuts.
3. Grill over hot coals for 8-10 minutes on each side, depending on the
thickness of
the fish, turning once and basting with any remaining olive oil. Serve
immediately.
