60ml/2fl.oz. Blackberry Jam

180ml/6fl.oz. Tomato Ketchup

2 tbsp Brown Sugar

Cayenne Pepper

1/4teasp Mustard Powder

1 tbsp Red Wine Vinegar






1. In a bowl, mix all the ingredients together until well blended.


Use to baste pork or beef ribs or kebabs.
