Cantaloupe Brochettes Veg HT BBQ DP

Serves 4 Hot Barbecue Fruit Vegetarian Desserts Gluten Wheat Free Eggless
Ingredients 1kg/2.2lb Cantaloupe Melon, peeled and cut into chunks 25g/1oz Butter 120ml/4fl.oz. Runny Honey 2 teasp Freshly chopped Mint
Instructions
1. Thread the cantaloupe chunks onto 4 skewers.
2. In a small saucepan, heat
the butter with the honey until
melted then stir in the mint.
3. Brush the melon with the honey mixture and cook over hot coals for 5 to
6 minutes, turning once or twice and basting with the honey mixture. Serve hot
with remaining
sauce on the side.
