Chargrilled Scallops HT HD BBQ 15mins plus marinating

Ingredients
8 Fresh Scallops, removed from their shell
60ml/2fl.oz. Olive Oil
4 tbsp Lemon Juice
2 teasp Salt
White Pepper
Paprika
Instructions
1.
In a bowl, mix together the oil, lemon juice, salt and pepper.
2.
Add the scallops and mix well. Leave to marinate for 30 minutes.
3.
Remove the scallops from the bowl, reserving the marinade, and place in a well
oiled
hinged basket. Alternative, thread onto skewers.
4. Cook over hot coals for 8-10 minutes, turning from time to time and basting with the remaining marinade. Serve immediately.
