Starter Appetizer Vegetarian Barbecue Hors d'oeuvre
Ingredients 8 large Mushrooms 50g/2oz Butter, softened 2 teasp Hot Chili Sauce 1 teasp Sweet Paprika 1/2 teasp Garam Masala
Instructions
1. Wipe the mushroom caps with damp absorbent paper, slice off the stalks and cop the stalks.
2. Place the chopped stalks in a mixing bowl together with the remaining ingredients and mix well.
3.
Divide the mixture between the mushroom caps.
4.
Cook over medium hot coals for 5-7 minutes without turning, or until the butter
Can also be served as an accompaniment.
