Citrus Garlic Marinade for Pork

Cold  Barbecue Accompaniment Gluten Wheat Dairy Free  Eggless




   180ml/6fl.oz. Lime Juice

   120ml/4fl.oz. Fresh Orange Juice

   60ml/2fl.oz. Olive Oil

   2 Garlic Cloves, chopped

   25g/1oz Coarse Sea Salt

   1 teasp Black Pepper

   2 Bay Leaves, crumbled





1. Place all the ingredients in a bowl and mix well. Use to marinate and baste pork.
