Coconut Marinade  CD  BBQ  ACC  5mins

 

 

Cold    Barbecue   Accompaniment

 

 

Ingredients:

1 tbsp Medium Curry Powder

1 tbsp Fish Sauce

120ml/4fl.oz. Coconut Milk

The Juice of 1/2  Lime

 

 

Instructions

 

1. In a bowl, mix together all the ingredients until well blended.

   

2. Pour over fish fillets and leave to marinate for 2 hours.
