Coconut Marinade CD
1 tbsp Medium Curry Powder
1 tbsp Fish Sauce
120ml/4fl.oz. Coconut Milk
The Juice of 1/2 Lime
In a bowl, mix together all the ingredients until well blended.
over fish fillets and leave to marinate for 2 hours.

Use to baste the fish during cooking.
Substitute the medium curry powder with mild curry powder if
you prefer your food less spicy-hot
