Cranberry Mustard Sausages

Serves 4      Hot     Barbecue     Pork    Main Course   Dairy Free  Eggless




   450g/1lb Cumberland Sausages

   1-2 tbsp Dijon Mustard

   3 tbsp Cranberry Sauce

   1 teasp Sugar

   1 teasp Red wine Vinegar





1. Cook the sausages over medium hot coals or under a medium grill for about 15 minutes, turning from time to time.


2. Meanwhile, mix together the remaining ingredients  in a bowl until well combined.


3. Baste with a little of the mustard mixture on the sausages for the last 5 minutes of cooking. Serve the sausages with the remaining mustard sauce on the side.

Use 1 teasp of ready made English mustard instead of the Dijon mustard

Substitute the cranberry sauce with redcurrant jelly
