Sweet Sauce Accompaniment
225g/8oz Caster Sugar
4 tbsp White Rum
Grated Rind and Juice of 1 Orange
1. Place the sugar and water in a saucepan a heat very slowly until the
sugar dissolves, stirring constantly.
2. Add the remaining ingredients, bring to the boil then
simmer for 15 minutes. Use to baste barbecued fruit.
