Dessert BBQ Sauce   Veg   HT    BBQ  ACC   20mins

Makes 300ml/10 fl.oz.   Hot    Vegetarian   Barbecue  Sweet Sauce   Accompaniment

Ingredients

225g/8oz Caster Sugar

300ml/10fl.oz. Water

4 tbsp White Rum

Grated Rind and Juice of 1 Orange

Instructions

1. Place the sugar and water in a saucepan a heat very slowly until the sugar dissolves, stirring constantly.

2. Add the remaining ingredients, bring to the boil then simmer for 15 minutes. Use with barbecued fruit.
