Feta Cheese Turkey Burgers

Ingredients 450g/1lb Minced Turkey 225g/8oz Feta Cheese, crumbled 50g/2oz Olives, roughly chopped 2 teasp Dried Oregano Freshly Ground Black Pepper
Instructions
1. In a large bowl, mix
together the turkey, feta cheese,
olives, oregano, and pepper until well blended.
2. Divide the mixture into 4 and form each quarter into balls. Turn each
ball onto a lightly
floured surface and flatten with the palm of your hand to form burgers.
3. Cook over hot coals for 10 to 12 minutes, turning halfway through.
Serve hot.
