Grilled Caraway Potatoes

4 Medium Potatoes, scrubbed
Prick the potatoes all over with a fork or sharp knife
and microwave for 3-5 minutes.
Meanwhile, lightly butter 4 squares of heavy-duty aluminium foil, large enough to wrap each
the foil lightly with salt and caraway seeds then
place a potato on each square and wrap tightly, sealing well.
Place the potatoes amongst the coals and cook for 30-40 minutes.
Serve with extra butter or soured cream.
