Hors d’oeuvre Starter Appetizer
Gluten Wheat Free Eggless
Garlic Clove, finely chopped
teasp Mustard (check ingredients)
Freshly chopped Coriander
1. In a small bowl, whisk together the lemon juice, garlic, pepper,
mustard, coriander and olive oil until well blended.
2. Rinse the cheese under cold running water and dry with kitchen paper.
Cut into 8 cubes
and thread onto skewers.
3. Cook over medium coals for 2-3 minutes only, turning half way through
the cooking time. Do not overcook as it will be tough.
4. To serve - transfer to a serving
platter and drizzle with the vinaigrette. Serve immediately.
