Grilled Halloumi Veg HT BBQ HD 8mins
Serves 4 Hot Vegetarian Herbs Barbecue Kebab Skewer Hors d’oeuvre Starter Appetizer Gluten Wheat Free Eggless
Ingredients 1 Halloumi Cheese 1 tbsp Lemon Juice 1 Garlic Clove, finely chopped Black pepper 1 teasp Mustard (check ingredients) 1 tbsp Freshly chopped Coriander 3 tbsp Olive Oil
Instructions
1. In a small bowl, whisk together the lemon juice, garlic, pepper,
mustard, coriander and olive oil until well blended.
2. Rinse the cheese under cold running water and dry with kitchen paper.
Cut into 8 cubes
and thread onto skewers.
3. Cook over medium coals for 2-3 minutes only, turning half way through
the cooking time. Do not overcook as it will be tough.
4. To serve - transfer to a serving
platter and drizzle with the vinaigrette. Serve immediately.
