Ingredients 4 Medium Onions 50g/2oz Butter, softened 1 tbsp Freshly chopped Parsley 1 tbsp Freshly chopped Chives 1 tbsp Freshly chopped Tarragon Salt and Black Pepper
Instructions
1. Peel each onion and slash into quarters but making sure the bases are still in tact.
2.
In a small mixing bowl, mix together the butter, herbs salt and pepper until
well
3. Open up each onion (like a flower) and stuff one quarter of the butter mixture inside.
4. Wrap each onion in heavy duty aluminium foil, sealing well, then place amongst the coals for 20 to 25 minutes until tender. Serve hot.
