Honey and Mustard Marinade for Vegetables    

Veg   BBQ   ACC   5mins


Makes 120ml/4fl.oz.  Vegetarian  Barbecue  Accompaniment




   60ml/2fl.oz. Olive Oil

   2 tbsp Balsamic Vinegar

   2 tbsp Dijon Mustard

   1 tbsp Honey

   1/2 teasp Tabasco Sauce

   Black Pepper






1. Combine all of the ingredients in a medium sized bowl and blend well.    


2. Add the prepared vegetables to the marinade, cover, and marinate for one hour.  Remove the vegetables from the marinade, and barbecue on the grill.
