Honeyed Pineapple Veg HT BBQ DP

Ingredients 1 Fresh Pineapple, peeled and quartered lengthways 2 tbsp Honey 2 tbsp Kirsch 1 teasp Lemon Juice
Instructions
1. In a small bowl, mix together the honey, Kirsch and lemon juice until
well blended.
2. Remove the central core from the pineapple quarters and place in a
shallow dish. Pour the honey mixture over the pineapple, toss to coat well,
cover and refrigerate for 1 hour.
3. Remove pineapple from the dish , discarding any leftover marinade.
Place pineapple wedges directly on a rack or in a basket and cook over medium
coals for about 10 minutes, turning from time to time, until pineapple is hot,
browned and caramelised.
