Hot Honeyed Chicken

120ml/4fl.oz. Honey

1 tbsp Hot Red Pepper Sauce (check ingredients)

4 Chicken Breasts





1. In a small bowl, combine the honey and hot pepper sauce and mix well.


2. Make 3 or 4 diagonal cuts in the chicken breasts, about 1cm/1/2 inch deep then spread the sauce over each chicken breast, making sure the sauce penetrates the cuts.


3. Grill over hot coals for 15 minutes, basting occasionally, or until the chicken is cooked through. Serve hot and use any remaining sauce as a dip.
