Mangetout and Sweetcorn Parcels

1 large Onion, sliced
100g/4oz Baby Sweetcorn
Salt and Pepper
4 tbsp Water
1. Divide the onion slices into rings and place in the centre of 4 large
squares of aluminium foil.
2. Place the baby corn on top of the onions and top with the mangetout.
Place ¼ of the on top and sprinkle 1 tablespoon of water over each.
